In Conversation
Please join us in welcoming our Special Guests as they share their history and stories of their amazing journeys. These interviewees all hold a unique role in our kink world and we are so pleased they agreed to join us at CrucibleCon. All are accomplished educators and are important to the history of our scene. For those who are authors we have books for sale and book signing will follow each In Conversation. Please see their biographies in the Special Guests portion of the program.
Barbara Carrellas Book Launch and Reception hosted by CrucibleCon and Camp Crucible
Join us as we celebrate the fabulous Barbara Carrellas and the publication of her latest work The Book of Ecstasy, a companion to her seminal work Urban Tantra. We’ll have a brief interview with Barbara, Q&A session, and a book signing.
Broadway Sing-a-long hosted by Brittany, Evelyn, and Alixzander
As the good book says “The venn-diagram of Theater People and Kinksters is just a circle”. Join us for CrucibleCon’s first ever Broadway Sing-a-long! Warm those voices up, because we will be so loud and raucous, they’ll hear us in East Secaucus.
Cigar Social with Alex McGeorge and B_Profane
Cigars have a deep connection with leather, kink and BDSM. Come enjoy a stogie and chat with fellow cigar enjoyers about topics such as: cigar play, cigar service, cigar advice, cigar accouterments, or whatever else your heart desires. The event is a separate ticket purchase and attendees will be able to choose from a selection of provided cigars and alcohol to enhance their experience.
Kidz Bedtime Story Hour hosted by ElleJay
Remember the joy of being read a bedtime story? Drop in anytime and join us for an hour of fun storybook reading! Relax in a chair, or if you’re feeling cozy, bring a blanket, pillow, or favorite stuffie and settle in on the floor blanket. We’ll enjoy a variety of storybooks—from nostalgic classics to laugh-out-loud favorites—with volunteer readers throughout the hour. You’re also welcome to bring a favorite book to read or share. And don’t worry…no one has to go to bed when storytime is over!
MATRIARXY Presents: Bingo For Baddies hosted by Domina Noire LeGrande
MATRIARXY (pronounced like Matriarchy) celebrates Alpha Femmes and those who admire us. The “X” intentionally welcomes and affirms Femme identities beyond traditional binary definitions of gender, creating a space where Alpha Femmes (women and others on the F-side of the gender spectrum) are recognized as the rightful leaders and curators of the space.
